Roy Blunt: the bill will shift 2.4 million privately insured children to a government-run program. we think we have a better response. while there will be debate how this bill is paid for, the biggest problem in the pay-for is in the 10th year, the final year we assume that 65% of the people who are receiving the benefit -- ord.
