Olver: recognized for one minute. mr. serrano: i thank the gentleman. just for clarification to mrs. emerson, the d.c. school vouchers program will remain in effect. it's been funded this year for $14 million. it remains in effect until june of 2010. it will then be up to the authorizing committee to speak to our committee as to what they want to do and also up to the d.c. government to tell us if they wish to continue the
