Bart Stupak: conclusion of the study, our two countries n coordinate to meet our mutual goal protecting great lakes water quality. thank you, mr. chairman, for addressing my concerns. this legislation will play an important role in helping communities upgrade and repair their aging water infrastructure which will ensure the health of thereat lakes, a correspond of drinking water for 45 million people. i urge my colleagues to support this vital legislation.
