Yvette Clarke: movement of redistribution of the wealth in this country and basically it's doing this by burdening those on the responsible taxpayer, responsible family, responsible american and put it on the irresponsible one. and it's sort of funny. maybe funny is not a pleasant word for this, but if you look at the budget documents that came out, the title of it is an era of responsibility. so this is anything but an era of responsibility.
