Howard Coble: mr. coble: thank you, mr. speaker. mr. speaker, eight people died one month ago when a gunman opened fire at the pine lake health and rehabilitation center in nortcarolina. on that dreadful day the staff and residents at pine lake center responded very effectively and professionally. equally professional and fective were the law enforcement community and the citize of kaat region and moore county.
