Jr.Boustany: the american people have spoken about this. but i want to remind him that, again, there are a lot of unanswered questions about the inherent proposals in the budget, such as the impact on unemployment based on some of the assumptions in this budget. there are -- i've got data from oil and gas industry that shows pretty devastating results
