Cardoza: the fundamentals of our economy and the spirit of the american people are simply too far. it is not time to give up. it is time to redouble our efforts, strengthen our resolve, and focus not on what we have done, but what we will do to turn this economy around. if we do just that, i have no doubt we will overcome whatever challenges we may face.
